Until recently Approved Centres tended to concentrate on groups of people to qualify. Now with more flexible routes available to us we can help individual candidates too. In October 2007 the ILM coaching programmes were updated and ‘unitised’.
We are the first ILM Centre in the UK to have developed a blended learning programme for this qualification which provides a range of learning options to meet the needs of each candidate whilst ensuring that all the ILM requirements are covered.
Our individual programmes include:
- Initial Assessment of existing skills, knowledge and experience
- Online learning module covering the ‘knowledge’ base of the level 5 awards
- Group learning to enhance existing experience
- Individual tutorials/coaching supervision
- Assessment guidance and support
- Materials, course book
- Final assessment, verification and certification via ILM
In essence these programmes provide a thorough development of skills and knowledge for those who are or wish to coach and/or mentor managers in the workplace.

- Individuals need only attend a minimum of ‘classroom’ based learning but can study for the most part using a combination of online learning and tutorials delivered by phone or at their own location.
